Go-to-Market Systems
A 60–90 day build for auto-fintech, lending, payoff/title, and dealer-workflow platforms. Map the workflow reality, define the wedge, design the pilot, package the outreach, and set the commercial metrics that prove it works.
A42, Inc. · Denver, Colorado
A42 builds the commercial machinery behind automotive fintech, lending, and dealer-workflow companies — the wedge, the pilot, the pricing, and the organization that runs it. Not advice. A system you can operate after we're done.
Systems first. Then scale.
The premise
The practice
01
A 60–90 day build for auto-fintech, lending, payoff/title, and dealer-workflow platforms. Map the workflow reality, define the wedge, design the pilot, package the outreach, and set the commercial metrics that prove it works.
02
Chief Commercial Officer–level design, not a title-only growth layer. One accountable owner across sales, partnerships, pricing, and customer success — with AI-enabled operating leverage underneath instead of headcount.
03
A dealer-facing diagnostic that pairs front-end appraisal and margin risk with back-office lien, title, and payoff workflow. Where the money actually leaks, what it costs per store, and the sequence to fix it.
04
Operator testimony and consulting for disputes involving automotive finance workflows, dealer/OEM/lender practices, and MarTech, CRM, attribution, and data-governance claims. What the systems actually did in practice — and whether the claims were supportable.
The approach
Phase 01
Weeks 1–2. Sit inside the actual workflow — dealer, lender, and back office. Document where process diverges from policy, who owns the exception, and what the failure costs in days and dollars.
Phase 02
Weeks 3–6. One problem, one buyer, one measurable outcome. A pilot scoped so the customer can say yes in a single meeting and the result is undeniable in 60 days.
Phase 03
Weeks 7–12. Outreach, collateral, pricing, partner economics, and the reporting cadence that makes the motion repeatable without the founder in every room.
“Operator, not vendor. The value isn't a framework — it's knowing how the system actually ran, where it broke, and what the numbers really supported.”

About
Founder of A42, Inc. Two decades inside automotive retail, fintech, and revenue systems — currently leading strategic partnerships in lien, title, and payoff infrastructure.
Led initiatives generating $250M+ in new sales, recurring revenue, and operational improvement for auto technology companies, OEMs, and dealer groups. Market entry, product launch, go-to-market, CRM and fixed-ops transformation, executive and board advisory — built on 3,000+ working relationships across the industry.
A42 exists because most operators don't need another strategy document. They need someone who has run the motion to build it with them, then hand over the keys.
